GIVSCO provides general contracting services in the Central Illinois area.

Construction projects involve many moving pieces that must work cohesively for a successful end-product. We specialize in painting, carpentry, and demolition. Choosing the right partners for your construction project is critical - your budget, timeline, and reputations are at stake.

Good Partners Should be Easier to Find

We understand how frustrating and stressful it is to work with construction contractors who don't follow through on their promises, delay end results, and go over budget because of poor planning and communication.

GIVSCO is a veteran and minority-owned business that values honesty, integrity, and good communication. Our founders began our company with strong military principles such as accountability and the never-ending pursuit for excellence.

A Better Partner for Your Project

You need a partner you can count on to keep their promises and deliver excellent results. At the end of the day, it’s always about the quality of service. We are ready to help you execute your construction project.

I served our country in the military as a proud United States Marine. After the military, I worked for the local police department. As an African American and Veteran, I am now proudly serving our community by building companies through construction and through entrepreneurship, which enriches our local economy. The value of working with GIVSCO is that we measure every project’s success by the strength of the relationships we develop. We are here not solely to gain financial results and build buildings, but to also build relationships.
